This quilt is a collaborative effort. Ann is a dedicated volunteer sewist at my monthly sew-ins. She likes sewing. Her recent efforts have been adult bibs and wheelchair totes.
The nursing home also asked for quilts, so we have a deal. If she does the piecing, I’ll do the rest. I like all parts of quilting (binding the least, quilting the most) so for me it’s a win.
This is the first one she pieced up.
I just cut 10 inch squares from various fabrics I had on hand. Ann did a good job balancing out the fabrics.
I did a free from feather design in each square. LOTS of fun!

The quilt finished at 39 x 39. It will go to a local nursing home in our community.
