Mid July Wednesday’s WIP’s

It is hard to believe that 1/2 the month is over. My goals for this month are here.

As usual I get caught up making other things….

  • Commissioned embroidery project:
  • P1220843 (800x600)_wmAnother Summer Fun Book:

P1220799 (800x600)

For my July goals…..

  • I have worked on these while working on quilt I am making so I can write-up directions for another pattern:
  • P1220218 (800x600)
  •  This is again sitting under my quilting machine:
  • P1220256 (800x600)I have made progress on my Quilt It Challenge for July:
  • P1220858 (800x600)While I have 9 more embroidered blocks to go, many of them 2-3 times larger than this one, I have completed this:
  • P1220846 (800x462)_wmI am nearing the end of ripping this out (though it will still take a while):
  • DSCN4205 (800x600)_wmAbout 50% done on this doll quilt:
  • DSCN4209 (800x457)_wm

Do you wish you had more hours in your day to quilt, or fewer hours in the day committed to doing other things?

I vote for either, the number of projects in my head will outlast my lifetime.

Enjoy the Journey, Jackie

Oh my, these are BEAUTIFUL projects! I love the embroidered spider webs & the red/white contrast is super. I think it’s nice to have a number of things in different stages because I get bored with just one at a time. Or maybe I am suffering from ADD as well as being in Denial. LOL Lovely work you’re doing. Keep it up!

Thank you. I used to do one quilt at a time when money was tight and I had little fabric. Now my mind swims with ideas.
