Christmas Table Runner, Quilting Spring Flowers, Scrap Bag Challenge and Temperature Quilt – Week in Review

I started piecing a table runner for a rotary cutting class I am teaching at my local sewing center in April.

This quilt of Marcia’s is on the long arm. It is a super sweet baby quilt with appliqued bunnies. I just haven’t gotten that far on it.

Our guild is having a scrap bag challenge. Put 5-6 scraps in a bag with your name in the bag. At guild we will swap bags with the assignment to come back with a mini project with the bag of scraps we received. I really debated on doing this as I have a busy work schedule right now and many other obligations. I realized I needed a creative venture to keep me motivated.

And here is my temperature quilt so far for 2018. The months are going horizontally and I choose to do the high and low for each day. The coldest are the very light purples, then blues and then greens.

Bouncing around on projects as I normally do with a few focus moments here and there.
