Week in Review, June 1. 2014

This was a week of mostly organizing and cleaning. I talked about my bobbins talked about here.

My scraps, which I will go into more detail later this week were cut and organized:2-DSCN7115

I finished piecing a quilt for my son-in-law, along with the backing and binding.1-DSCN7131

This is ready to load on my long arm after a week of contemplation/inspiration for the quilt design.1-DSCN7134

Hummm. It feels like I did a lot more, but I have to remind myself that getting a large tub of scraps under control was a huge project.

While I didn’t have a chance to work on my work lunch project, I did spend some time doing this over the weekend on the blocks I’ve finished:

Any progress for you this week?

Happy with my scraps under control on the Journey, Jackie

It sounds like a lot to me, Jackie. I love the quilt for your son-in-law. I look forward to the pattern.

It is funny how we view our progress on things. Yes the organizing was a lot, just doesn’t look that way.
