  • echtjammer

Beautiful fabric. Thanks for the give away!

  • Erin Marie

It didn’t make it into my stocking, but I got a gift certificate to a local quilt shop a week before Christmas. I can’t wait to spend it!

  • SandyH

I didn’t actually get any quilting-related gifts from anyone else this year–they’re always afraid to get me anything in that category since they don’t know what I want or need. For some reason, when I say “gift certificate to favorite LQS,” they don’t think that sounds exciting enough. Go figure. However, I’m giving myself the gift of sewing time and I did buy myself that new dry iron, so does that count? 🙂

  • Torie

I got two magazines and am assured that a scrap box is in the way.

  • Lori Thompson

Very pretty fabrics and cute pattern! Hope you had a Merry Christmas!

  • Lori Thompson

Oops! forgot my quilty gifts 🙂 I gave DH a wishlist this year to work off…worked like a charm. I got an awesome aurifil thread pack from Camille Rosekelly (Simplify) and 2 new Accuquilt Go! dies 🙂

  • Kelly Grace

Hubby got me the 3 EQ advanced lesson books I wanted (handy for teaching I have coming up!) and the learn to knit kit I asked for. Not that I needed a new hobby! 🙂

  • Brenda Fyles

I didn’t get anything quilt or craft related for Christmas. Oh well!

  • Sandi Colwell

Thank you for the give away chance! Hope you had a wonderful day yesterday!

  • Sandi Colwell

Oops forgot gifts – got 3 patterns!

  • Holly U

I got a rotary blade sharpener. My cutter needs it now so I’ll be using it today when I get sewing! Thanks.

  • Paul Burega

    great looking quilt.

  • Sandi Harrah

DH bought me the Tutto sewing machine carrier I strongly hinted that I wanted, any our boys bought me a book of knitting patterns. Good stuff! Thanks for the giveaway!

  • Due to logistical stuff we’re doing the family gift exchange on Saturday this year, so gifts are still wrapped and waiting. But a package from an online fabric shop arrived a few weeks ago, so I have my suspicions as to what might have been in it 🙂

  • Sarah C.

My mom knows me well…. she got me a gift card to my favorite quilt shop! Hubs also got me a book on pieced Celtic knot quilts – with some very not so subtle hints as to which specific ones he wants me to make for him… LOL!

  • Pam @ Hip to be a Square

I got a new book! It’s the latest one from ScrapTherapy, which has patterns for the sizes I cut my scraps into.

  • BreannaS

My mom always gets me something related to sewing but we have not been there for Christmas yet. I am hoping for a new jelly roll that I pointed out at a sewing shop in October.

  • Ethel t

I am watching my Craftsy class with Leah Day. My goal is to learn machine quilting in 2014. Thanks for the giveaway.

  • WeezyWorks

I haven’t had my family’s celebration yet. DH is working the next few weeks so we will have in the middle of January!

  • Julia P

Favorite quilty gift was the Downton Abbey fabric my DH got for me – he liked it when he saw me unwrap it as well 😉

  • Sherri D

I got titanium needles for my machines. It doesn’t sound like much, but I normally am WAY too frugal to buy them. I can’t wait to use them with some metallic threads! What a prize you have! You are SO generous! Thank you!!!

Due to my daughter flying in from UK we delayed our Christmas Day till Boxing Day. We had a beaut day starting at 11.30 with picking her up from the airport then home to open presents, eat dinner over the course of the afternoon (main course at 1.30 and dessert at about 4!) Needless to say we didn’t eat tea. (I am in Australia so maybe some of my terms are different to yours) I did get a lovely light box that my husband made for me and a gift card from Spotlight (a chain fabric supply store)

  • Sarah

No sewing for weeks now.. I own a shipping & toy store and my husband works for UPS all we do in December is work and eat. I am giving myself a full sew day as soon as inventory is done. I’m going to have it done by the first if it kills me.

  • Adelle Amison

WIsh I could have sewn on #BDSI but I had to work all day. After cooking dinner I didn’t have energy to cut the 330 squares of fabric that I need to finish my mothers quilt. Hopefully it will be ready to sew on New Years Day. Thanks for having a giveaway

    • Jackie

Thanks for stopping. I hope on New Year’s Day you get plenty of sewing in.

I had to work today, too. Besides my sewing room is in “transition,” so won’t be sewing for awhile.
    Pretty fabric.

  • Laura B

I had to work Christmas and Boxing Day, so no sewing for me today.

  • Bianca Bradley

I made my son a quilt for Christmas, out of Star wars fabric and sparkly fabric border. I am in the process of making my eldest son a quilt featuring trains and connecting thread fabric.

  • Gretchen Firestone

I am afraid I didn’t get to do as much sewing as I wanted to today, but I did make a little progress on my eldest daughter’s Christmas tree skirt.

  • Gretchen Firestone

Oops. That’s what I get for commenting before reading carefully. I got a recumbent exercise bike from my husband.

  • Pippap

ohh I was a lucky girl, got a stitch regulator for my gracie frame, books, pantographs, laser pen 🙂 Merry Christmas

  • Mary Goffin

I didn’t get to do much sewing over the holidays between cooking and a house full not enough energy to be honest, I did get lucky and got 500 Quilt Blocks: The Only Quilt Block Compendium You’ll Ever Need paperback and the wonderful Aurifil thread set from Tula pink, so quality if not quantity!

  • Marisa

I received two great crafty gifts this year! Bonnie Hunter’s “Scraps & Shirttails” and another year of the Quilt Bear’s Aurifil Thread Club 🙂

  • Celsus

Christmas was exciting for me-I won an auction for a Janome 7700! This is a MAJOR upgrade from my Singer 201 from 1942!

    • Jackie
