Under My Needle- 3 Crazy Sisters

This is a quilt I am making after taking a Craftsy class by Joe Cunningham. More on my process is posted here.

I decided that mid-sized flowers would be a good quilting design, partly to cover up my bad piecing and because I wanted a quick finish.

This is my practice piece of what I had in my head:

Here is another close-up of the quilting:

I had really hoped to get it completed this week, but no such luck. While the section I did finish didn’t take long, there has been little time at the sewing machine this week.

I am linking up with Leah Day’s Free Motion Quilting Project.

What’s under your needle?
Enjoy the Journey, Jackie

Go for it! Super easy, free form can’t mess it up.

Love the little flowers. Also, you do such a great job of photographing your quilting so we can see it! Wish I knew how you managed that.

      Thanks Jenny,

Many of the photos on my blog have been taken by a friend of mine. The photos in this post I can claim as ones I took!
