What’s Waiting for Me

Work is still crazy, leaving little time to sew, though I do find a few minutes most days. Even if it is just to do a little cleaning or petting of fabric.

So here are the projects patiently waiting for me:

Black White and Red Quilt – it is a leader/ender project for now:

Stonehenge project:

Finally started quilting this:

Bought the pillow for this, need to make the back:

A machine embroidered counting book for my granddaughter:

At work I am eating the elephant one bite at a time. While my sewing/quilting is not an elephant, I am still working in little bits at a time.

And finally some long-term projects (these may be my quilting elephants):

1-Quilt It Challenge February-002

Are there any elephants in your studio?

Enjoy the Journey, Jackie

P.S. to the “Be Anything” friend that reminded me of the elephants today, this post is for you. 🙂

  • Wow, you certainly have got a lot of elephant on your plate! All your projects are looking wonderful. I especially love the 5 little sand pails.

I love the way those burgundy diamond look with the black and white stars! They really have the 3-D look! The cathedral windows project looks really exciting can’t wait to see a quilt out of it! The Dresdens will be really pretty once you appliqued all of them, can’t wait to see it! Anxious to see what you come up with in the stonehenge project! :))) And the counting quilt looks adorable with the sand buckets!
