Wednesday’s WIP’s

So yesterday I posted about starting a new project with 3/4 inch hexagons all the while I have all these projects in process:

Tossed 9 patch:

At the time of this posting I just have the borders left to do.

Childhood Colors:

P1150665 (1280x1161)_wm

This quilt is patiently waiting its turn under the needle, though a quilting design hasn’t yet been decided. I vacillate between easy and known to trying a new design.

Outer Space:

DSCN3325 (1024x768)_wmThis one was bumped back in line when I had hoped to get the Tossed 9 Patch done for Hurricane Sandy. I am sadly behind on that goal so maybe it is time to move this quilt to the head of the line and call another finish.

Benny the Bear::

DSCN3599 (960x1280)_wm

Benny is now repaired, named, stuffed and waiting for eyes.

Grace’s quilt:

P1150658 (1280x886)_wm

Her quilt is on my design wall as I rethink options. I have added two new elements so I would have enough fabric. It opens up many possibilities, I will give myself time to let them percolate.

Finally another leader/ender Veteran quilt in the making:

DSCN3330 (1024x768)_wmI won’t tell you about the quilts in my head. I have enough to work on, don’t you think?

Enjoy the Journey, Jackie

  • Diane Rincon

That’s a really nice variety of projects. It’s interesting how our priorities on WIPs are ever changing.

  • Tanesha (Crafty Garden Mom)

It’s always nice to know others have as long a WIP list as I do, plus many more in their head, LOL.

  • You have a nice selection of projects to keep you busy, Jackie! They are all lovely! I liked “seeing” Benny…. Gotta love doing those little repair jobs in between!
